Life as a Sell-Side Trader with Santander

Join Ellis Murley to hear about his experience of working as a trader at Santander.

Ellis graduated from the ICMA Centre in 2018 after reading BSc Finance & Investment Banking. In the September he joined Santander’s Corporate & Investment Banking 2 year grad scheme, where he now works as a Gilt Repo Trader.

Ellis’ role includes managing the operational liquidity of Santander London Branch, running a GBP 7bn repo trading book and market making in various cash and derivative products for LDI clients and interbank markets.

He will be talking about life on the Sell-Side, at Santander and as a Trader.
