Yongda Liu holds a bachelor degree in Ecocritical Engineering at Southeast University, China. He worked one year in ecocritical industry in China after graduation. After that, he continued to study in MSc Financial Risk Management at ICMA Centre and graduated with distinction.

Yongda is pursuing his PhD at the ICMA Centre under the supervision of Dr Carol Padgett and Dr Chao Yin. His research interests are mainly focusing on empirical corporate finance and corporate governance.
