Ishanka Dias

Ishanka is pursuing her PhD at ICMA Centre under the supervision of Dr Ivan Sangiorgi and Dr Samah El Hajjar.

Ishanka's research interests lie in behavioural finance and asset pricing.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MPhil in Finance from the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, where her MPhil focused on a two-year research program. Additionally, she holds an MSc in Management (Finance) from Swansea University.

In addition, Ishanka has published a paper titled "Does investor sentiment predict bitcoin return and volatility? A quantile regression approach" based on her MPhil study in the International Review of Financial Analysis journal.
