Emanuele is currently pursuing his PhD in Finance at the ICMA Centre under the supervision of Professor Michael Clements and Dr Andrew Urquhart.
His research interests are mainly focused on the field of macroeconometrics. In particular, he is analysing how to exploit the inference of the causal structure using the graph theory in order to cope with the identification problem in a cointegrated VAR.
Emanuele holds a BSc in Economics and Finance from Roma Tre University and an MSc in Finance (cum laude) from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. During his Masters, he worked as research assistant for the Venice centre in Economic and Risk Analytics for public policies (VERA Centre) in a project aimed to analyse the connections among the European touristic flows using econometric tools.
He is currently working as researcher at the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice for the project “Smart Cultural Tourism as a Driver of Sustainable Development of European Regions”.
Emanuele is a Teaching Assistant for the introductory econometrics for finance and management of risk modules.
