Lee has over 20 years of trading experience in Global Equity markets. He started his career as a pit trader at the LIFFE exchange in 1993. He has worked for BZW before he moved to Credit Suisse London to set up one of the most profitable statistical arbitrage desks in the City and became a Managing Director by the age of 30. Most recently, he served as Head of Nomura's Delta One desk, and has been overseeing the European Equities business, as a member of the bank's operating committee.

Lee graduated from UWCC in 1993, with a 1st class honors degree in Structural Engineering.
