Until December of 2005 he worked as a Senior Municipal Finance Policy Advisor for the Urban Institute from Washington, Podgorica Office. Previously he was the Senior Finance Adviser and Deputy General Manager of the Montenegro Bank (recently acquired by NLB). He also worked for the USAID sponsored Economic Reforms Project under the leadership of two large international companies, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and KPMG Barents. Before that he held various positions in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Government Accountancy Service and in private companies.
