Caroline is a member of the HSBC EMEA Private Banking Management Committee. She manages the UHNW business across two continents, responsible for developing the strategy, proposition, and delivering the global wealth management offering to this segment.
Caroline has spent the past 20+ years within private banking and investment banking at both Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank. She previously held global and regional roles where she was responsible for global client strategy and UHNW client businesses, as well as product and solutions platforms. She has worked in the US and in Europe, running businesses within the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa. She has served on Global Private Banking Executive Committees, Regional Executive Committees, Risk Committees and various senior leadership groups over her tenure.
Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley University in the U.S. She is a certified manager across U.S. and U.K regulatory bodies. She lives in London with her husband and daughter.
