Insider Trading and Corporate Governance: International Evidence

His research interests include corporate governance mechanisms, as well as corporate finance and investment implications of international cross-listing. He has recently been working on the analysis of share trading by corporate insiders and on the impact of cross-listing on international portfolio allocation and the price discovery process. He teaches postgraduate courses in corporate finance and financial management. Piotr holds a PhD degree from the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt
(Oder), Germany. He has held visiting research positions at Manchester Business School and Cass Business School in London.
