Geoff has 20 years of experience in private equity, management consulting, and as an 3operating executive leading a variety of startup, high growth, and turnaround businesses. Most recently, Geoff led the financial strategy and operations of Obama for America, the $1.1 billion 2012 election campaign of President Barack Obama, as its Chief Financial & Budget Officer. Prior to the campaign, Geoff was a private equity investor, where he sourced and structured investments across the capital structure, and served as an advisor and mentor to the management teams of and in Board roles. Geoff also founded a venture-backed life sciences business, where he led Finance and Corporate Development, and has executive experience building and turning around organizations in industries as diverse as biotechnology, retail, manufacturing, and financial services.

He completed his undergraduate studies at Hamilton College and received his MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
