Xi Chen holds an MSc in Financial Risk Management from the ICMA Centre (2009), ranking in the top three among all Masters Students that year. She previously obtained a BSc in Economics from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, majoring in Finance. She has worked with KPMG (Shanghai) for a year and a half. She is currently pursuing her PhD in game options in incomplete markets under the joint supervision of Professor Carol Alexander and Professor Charles Ward.
