Dr Dina Ghanma is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Finance and the Director of Postgraduate-Taught Finance at the ICMA Centre, Henley Business School.

Dina is responsible for the coordination of the Postgraduate-Taught Finance Programme Area comprising seven MSc courses, working collaboratively with students and staff in ensuring high student satisfaction and aligning programme content to HE and professional standards including those of the CFA, CISI, and AACSB. She is also the Programme Director for the Financial Times-ranked MSc Finance and MSc Investment Management programmes, as well as the MSc in Corporate Finance.

Over the years, Dina has led several undergraduate and postgraduate modules in the areas of corporate finance, financial modelling, mergers and acquisitions, and sustainable finance. She also supervises dissertations on a variety of topics, including sustainable investing (CSR, SRI, ESG, etc.), corporate strategy, financial crises, stock markets, and volatility modelling at the ICMA Centre and UCL School of Management. Dina is engaged in research and scholarship, including funded experiment-based work in behavioural finance. During her time as a Teaching Assistant, Dina taught modules on financial econometrics, investment management, and financial derivatives. Dina has held multiple Visiting Lectureships, including at ESCP and Northeastern University London. Based on panel assessment of student nominations which commended her innovative engagement techniques and high level of subject-area expertise, Dina has won multiple Teaching Excellence Awards.

Dina earned her PhD in Finance on the role of ESG, social responsibility, and sustainability during financial crises and market downturns, supervised by Professor Simone Varotto, Dr Lisa Schopohl, and Dr Ioannis Oikonomou. Prior to this, Dina obtained her BSc in Finance and Investment Banking (Dean's Excellence Award for Top Performer) as well as her MSc in Financial Research (Distinction) from the ICMA Centre. Dina holds the CFA UK's Investment Management Certificate and has passed CFA Level I.
