Biography
Aanand graduated from Sri Sathya Sai Institute, India with first class Honours in Mathematics. As a Felix scholar he obtained a distinction on the MSc in Numerical Solutions of Differential Equations at the University of Reading. In October 2005 he embarked upon PhD research in mathematical finance under the supervision of Professor Carol Alexander. Aanand now tutors the ICMA Centre's core Part I course on Quantitative Methods. He is also an expert computer programmer.
