Biography
Hilary graduated from The University of Liverpool with a BSc honours degree in Mathematics and Statistics. There followed a successful career in Human Resources and Commercial Management with a large UK multi-national company.
She has overall responsibility for managing all the ICMA Centre's academic programmes and its finances providing strategic leadership for all administrative and operational processes. She acts as Senior Tutor for the Centre and also lectures in Mathematics and Statistics providing support for those students who need to brush up their numerate skills.
