Biography
Lucy graduated with a BA (Hons) degree in Retail Management from Bournemouth University in 2000 and also holds the CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing. Lucy has Chartered Marketer status and is member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). With several years experience in both commercial and public sector marketing she is responsible for all aspects of marketing and communications for the ICMA Centre.
