Biography
Dr Carol Padgett holds degrees from the Universities of Reading and York. She has been teaching on the MSc programmes at the ICMA centre for eight years. Before that she taught on a wide range of degree programmes and short courses for the Open University and the University of Reading. Her research interests are in the areas of Corporate Finance and Governance.
